دور الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسات الجزائرية: دراسة لمجمع صيدال بولاية باتنة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على حاجة الجزائر ومؤسساتها الي الاستثمارات الأجنبية لدعم قدراتها التنافسية لا سبما تنافسية صادراتها المحلية والدولية، والاندماج السليم في الاقتصاد العالمي والأسواق على أسس قوية ومتينة، حيث يسعي مجمع صيدال إلي تحسين أدائه والارتقاء بمستوى صادراته لدعم تنافسيته، من خلال التحول من أنشطة ذات الإنتاجية المعتمدة على عوامل الإنتاج التقليدية إلى الاستثمار في أنشطة جديدة ذات قيمة مضافة اكبر. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في تحليل المشكلة، أما الفرضيات أخضعت لمجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية في تحليل الجداول والبيانات، اعتمادا علي الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري لمعرفة الدلالة الإحصائية للفروق بين متغيرات الدراسة، والتأكد من تحقق فرضية الدراسة من عدمه. وقد توصلنا إلي نتيجة أساسية وهي وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية بين عناصر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر من اجل تعزيز الميزة التنافسية في المجمع، وهذا دلالة على وجود دور فعال للاستثمارات المباشر على المجمع، مما ساعدها على الانتقال من الميزة النسبية إلي الميزة التنافسية الدينامكية التي تعتمد على نقل التكنولوجيا الحديثة، رفع كفاءة المورد البشري مع زياد قدرتها الإدارية، مما يؤدي إلى تحسين إنتاجية دوائها. :The study aims to highlight the need of Algeria and its institutions for foreign investments to support its competitiveness, especially the competitiveness of its domestic and investments exports, and the proper integration into the global economy and markets on strong and solid foundations, as the Saidal complex seeks to improve its performance and raise the level of its exports to support its competitiveness, through the transformation of its activities. The same productivity that depends on the traditional factors of production to invest in new activities with greater added value. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive and analytical approach was used in analyzing the problem, while the hypotheses were subjected to a set of statistical methods in analyzing tables and data, depending on the arithmetic mean and the standard deviation to find out the statistical significance of the differences between the study variables, and to ensure that the hypothesis of the study is fulfilled or not. We have reached a basic conclusion, which is the existence of a strong correlation between the elements of foreign direct investment in order to enhance of a strong correlation between the elements of foreign direct investment in Saidal complex’s.
