النفوذ الصيني في منطقة الأسيان بعد الحرب الباردة

Résumé: تعتبر رابطة دول جنوب شرق أسيا أو تكتل الأسيان من أهم المناطق الاستراتيجية التي تحرص الصين على تعزيز تواجدها ونفوذها فيها خصوصا بعد الحرب الباردة وبعد بداية مرحلة الإصلاح والانفتاح الصيني على العالم لما تمثله من قرب جغرافي لها وما تحتويه من قدرات بشرية واقتصادية وموقع متميز يؤهلها لأن تلعب دور تنافسي رائد في الساحة الدولية، وهو ما تدركه القيادة الصينية وتعمل على تنفيذه في سلوكها الخارجي بكل الطرق إذ تمثل المنطقة عمقا استراتيجيا وأولوية في سياساتها الخارجية وأمنها القومي والإقليمي وتعززت الشراكة بين الصين والأسيان في ظل الصعود الصيني السريع والتنافس الامريكي الصيني في هذه المنطقة تحديدا وتحولها لمركز صراع ونفوذ بين الدولتين في شتى المجالات السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية والأمنية The Association of Southeast Asian Nations or the ASEAN bloc is considered one of the most important strategic regions in which China is keen to strengthen its presence and influence in it, especially after the Cold War and after the beginning of the stage of reform and Chinese openness to the world because of its geographical proximity and the human and economic capabilities it contains. A privileged position that qualifies it to play a leading competitive role in the international arena, which is what the Chinese leadership realizes and works to implement in its external behavior in all ways, as the region represents a strategic depth and priority in its foreign policies and its national and regional security. The partnership between China and ASEAN has been strengthened in light of The rapid Chinese rise and the US-Chinese competition in this region in particular and its transformation into a center of conflict and influence between the two countries in various political, military, economic and security fields
