الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج

Résumé: This study aims to reveal the levels of perceived self-efficacy of students about to graduate, and to identify the average scores differences of perceived self-efficacy based on gender and students' academic specialties. The study was conducted at Hama Lakhdar University of El-Oued on a sample of (180) master’s degree graduating students. The perceived self-efficacy scale of “Sally Taleb Alwan” was applied to them, and a descriptive exploratory approach was adopted. To process the study hypotheses, we used statistical methods by applying the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), and the study resulted the following findings: 1.The majority of master’s students about to graduate are characterized by a low level of perceived self-efficacy. 2.There are no differences between male and female master’s students who are about to graduate on the perceived self-efficacy scale. 3.There are statistically significant differences among master’s students who are about to graduate on the perceived self-efficacy scale attributable to the academic specialty. تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستويات الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة لدى الطلبة المقبلين على التخرج، والتعرف عن فروق في متوسط درجات الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة تبعا للجنس، والتخصص الدراسي للطلبة. أجريت هذه الدراسة بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي، على عينة عددها (180) طالب ماستر مقبل على التخرج، طبق عليهم مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة "لسالي طالب علوان"، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي. ولمعالجة فرضيات الدراسة استخدمنا الأساليب الإحصائية عن طريق تطبيق الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، واسفرت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: 1-يتميز اغلبية طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج بمستوى كفاءة ذاتية مدركة منخفضة. 2-لا توجد فروق بين الذكور والاناث من طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج على مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة. 3-توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين طلبة الماستر المقبلين على التخرج على مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية المدركة تعزى للتخصص الدراسي.
