عوامل تطبيق الأنظمة الحديثة لحساب التكاليف في المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية Factors ‘s Application Of Modern Cost Accounting Systems In Industrial Algerian Companies

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية تحديد العوامل التي تدفع بمسيرين المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية إلى تطبيق الأنظمة الحديثة لحساب التكاليف ، مثل نظام التكاليف على أساس الأنشطة (ABC) ، نظام التكاليف المستهدفة ، حيث أنه و من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة و اختبار فرضياتها قمنا بصياغة نموذج يقيس لنا مدى تأثير بعض العوامل مثل: مركز اتخاذ القرار داخل المؤسسة ، تنوع و تعقد العمليات الإنتاجية ، نسب التكاليف غير مباشرة في المنتوجات النهائية،..إلخ. على إمكانية تطبيق الأنظمة الحديثة. خلصت نتائج الدراسة من خلال قياس النموذج عن طريق برنامج Smart PLS انه يوجود بعض العوامل التنظيمية و التسييرية تجعل من المسييرين على التخلي عن الأنظمة الكلاسيكية و تبني الأنظمة الحديثة لحساب التكاليف. This study aims to highlight on the importance of identifying the factors that lead managers in industrial Algerian companies to adopt modern costing systems, such as activity-based costing (ABC), target costing, etc. In order to achieve the objectives of this study and to test the hypotheses, we have built a model that allows us to measure the influence of certain factors such as: the decision centre within the company, the diversity and complexity of the production processes, the proportions of indirect costs in the products, ... On the albility of application these modern systems. The results of the study concluded, by measuring the model through the Smart PLS programme, that there are certain factors that push managers to abandon traditional systems and adopt modern costing systems.
