مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في خلق فرص عمل حالة ولاية قالمة للفترة (2006-2016)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد الأطروحات التنموية، والمتمثلة في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودورها في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة، لما لها من قدرة على التكيف واستحداث مناصب عمل، في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تمر بها الجزائر، لاسيما بعد تدهور أسعار النفط. وقد بينت هذه الدراسة بأن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر بصفة عامة وفي ولاية قالمة بصفة خاصة من بين القطاعات التي يعول عليها كثيرا في معالجة البطالة، حيث خصتها الدولة بكافة أشكال الدعم المالي والمادي للنهوض بها. Abstract : The purpose of this study is to spotlight a development thesis, namely small and medium-sized enterprises and their role in reducing unemployment; Because of its adaptive capacity and the creation of employment positions, in view of the economic and social transformations that Algeria is undergoing, especially after the deterioration of oil prices. This study has indicated that small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria in general and in the state of guelma in particular, Among the sectors that are highly reliable in addressing unemployment, with the state being singled out for all financial and material support for its advancement
