دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية المعاصرة في تكريس و تعزيز الحل السلمي للنزاعات الدولية و الإقليمية

Résumé: تلعب الدبلوماسية الجزائرية المعاصرة دورا إيجابيا وفعالا في المحافل الدولية من أجل تكريس وتعزيز السلم و الأمن في العالم و لاسيما في قارة إفريقيا، وسعت لترسيخ و تكريس لغة الحوار لحل النزاعات التي تدور في بعض البلدان الإفريقية، و منها ليبيا، و مالي ، و الصحراء الغربية و غيرها ، وقد عملت الدبلوماسية الجزائرية على تأكيد اعتماد الحلول السلمية لحل النزاعات الدولية و الإقليمية. و لتكريس السلم و الأمن على الصعيد الدولي بوجه عام، و على الصعيد الإقليمي على وجه الخصوص تسعى الجزائر لبذل مساعيها و تطوير دبلوماسيتها مع البلدان الإفريقية ، و ذلك من خلال الاتفاق على الوسائل و الآليات الكفيلة لتسوية النزاعات الدولية و الإقليمية بالطرق السلمية . Abstract: The current Algerian diplomacy plays a positive and effective role in international forums in order to consolidate and promote peace and security in the world, especially in the African continent ,and sought to consolidate and consecrate the language of dialogue to resolve conflicts in some African countries including Libya, Mali and Western Sahara and the Algerian diplomacy has worked to ensure the adoption of peaceful solutions to resolve international and regional disputes . And to promote peace and security at the international level in general, and at the regional level in particular, Algeria seeks to develop its diplomacy with African countries by agreeing on the means and mechanisms to settle international and regional disputes peacefully.
