دلالة اللفظ المشترك وأثره في اختلاف الفقهاء

Résumé: تناول هذا البحث اللفظ المشترك و أثره في اختلاف الفقهاء وقد جاء في مقدمة البحث الإشكالية التالية ما اثر الاختلاف الناشئ عن الاختلاف في دلالة المشترك اللفظي؟ ومبحثين وخاتمة وكان المبحث الأول مفهوم المشترك اللفظي عند أهل اللغة و الأصول بينما في المبحث الثاي الأثر الفقهي لاختلاف الفقهاء في دلالة المشترك اللفظي وهو الجزء التطبيقي وحيث توصلنا في الخاتمة أن ظاهرة الاشتراك لها أثر كبير في اختلاف الفقها ء وما نوصي به إلي ضرورة مواصلة البحث في هذا الموضوع, والاهتمام أكثر به من قبل الباحثين، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالجانب الفقهي. ABSTREACT IN INGLISH This thesis Contains the united spoken words and their effect between the experts. In it, there is the debate of the thesis which presents a pnoblem that tries to charify the differencial effect that stands on the ways in united spoken words. Two researches and a conclusion, the first research is about the unidet spoken words with the linguists and the origins.when the second interests in knowledge between the esxperts in united spoken words the was the practical part in which we ralized that the united event has a great effect in difference between experts. we surely advise all peole to continue researching in this topic and be more interested in what experts had already done
