جدلية الهجرة والاستيطان الأوروبي في الدراسات السوسيو-انثروبولوجية الاستعمارية في الجزائر (قراءة نقدية تحليلية لدراسة الباحث الفرنسي بارثلون الموسومة ب: "quel Est Le Rôle De La France Dans L’afrique Du Nord Coloniser Ou Assimiles " )

Résumé: ملخص: تثير هذه الورقة البحثية النقاش حول جدلية الأنثروبولوجيا كعلم محض من جهة, وتوظيفها لخدمة المشروع الكولونيالي الفرنسي بالجزائر من جهة أخرى، حيث نسلط الضوء على احد أهم الدراسات العلمية التي أجريت خلال الحقبة الكولونيالية، دراسة تحت عنوان: ما هو دور فرنسا في الشمال الإفريقي استعمار أم استيعاب؟. دراسة نظر من خلالها الباحث برثـــــــــــــلون للحيوية الديمغرافية, التأقلم, الهجرة والاستقرار الأوروبي داخل المستعمرة، واستبعاد إمكانية استيعاب أو إدماج المواطن الأصلي, اعتمادا على معايير عرقية لغوية ومقاربات ثقافية, ولأسباب دينية ، بحيث أسس في دراسته هذه لمشروع الهجرة الأوروبية وشروط نجاحها بالمستعمرة, وما يمكن أن تقدمه في سبيل تطوير النموذج الكولونيالي في المنطقة. في محاولة علمية لبناء حقائق تعكس أولويات السياسة الاستعمارية الاستيطانية في المستعمرة مطابقة للفكر الكولونيالي في سعيه لرسم مستقبل فرنسا الجديدة في الشمال الإفريقي بجنس فرسي أوروبي . الملخص باللغة الانجليزية : This research paper raises the debate about the dialectic of anthropology as a colonial science , we highlight some studies and scientific surveys which were conducted during the colonial area, and were presented by French researchers about the Algerian original citizen, sociology and anthropology from a colonial perspective, rejecting of airy from of his existence and even ruling out the possibility of assimilation or integrating it, thus the demographic vitality , the adaptation , immigration and the European stability within the colony constituted strategic priority issues for the authority at the end of the 19th century ,at an essential station for building anthropological theories in conjunction with the general policy requirements of the colonial authority That what is going to be revealed in this paper, by dealing with those anthropological reports that studied the Algeria races from sociology , demography , ethnography and anthropology point of view , to broiled scientifically its thought to establish new France in north Africa.
