Résumé: The study aims to identify what women enterprise is and to address the bodies and associations set up by the state to support women’s enterprise. It also aims to evaluate the role of the National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment in particular in financing women’s business during the period from 2015 to 2019، where we have concluded that despite the efforts made By the National Agency for Supporting Youth Employment، but the percentage of funded projects is considered small. This is due to the economic conditions. Therefore، we recommend that the state stimulate women’s entrepreneurship by granting tax concessions in order to establish micro-projects.
