منتجات التأمين التكافلي في الجزائر: الواقع والمأمول

Résumé: تساهم صناعة التأمين التكافلي في التنمية الاقتصادية للبلاد، لهذا سن المشرع الجزائري مرسوما تنفيذيا يكرس فيه وجود شركات تسوق منتجات تأمينه تكافلية مبنية على أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية تهدف لترسيخ التعاون والتكافل بين أفراد المجتمع. إلا أن حداثة شركات التأمين التكافلي جعلها تواجه واقع مليء بالتحديات سواء من حيث ضعف دراية العاملين في الشركات بالمسائل الفنية والشرعية للتكافل أو من قلة الوعي بقيمة هذا التأمين بالإضافة إلى انحصار منتجاته في بعض الخدمات، لكن هذه التحديات يمكن مواجهتها بوسائل تكنولوجية لتطوير صناعة التأمين التكافلي مستقبلا. The Takaful insurance industry contributes to the economic development of the country. That is why the Algerian legislator enacted an executive decree dedicating the presence of companies that market Takaful insurance products based on the provisions of Islamic Sharia aiming to consolidate cooperation and solidarity among members of society. However, the modernity of Takaful insurance companies made them face a reality full of challenges, whether in terms of the lack of knowledge of employees in the companies about the technical and legal issues of Takaful, or the lack of awareness of the value of Takaful. In addition to limiting its products to some services, but these challenges can be faced by technological means to develop the Takaful insurance industry in the future.
