الرضا الوظيفي كمتغير وسيط في العلاقة بين التسويق الداخلي وأداء العاملين

Résumé: يهدف هذا العمل البحثي الى دراسة أثر أبعاد التسويق الداخلي المتمثلة في: التدريب، التحفيز، التمكين، ثقافة الخدمة والاتصال الداخلي على أداء العاملين بوجود الرضا الوظيفي كمتغير وسيط. تم جمع البيانات من خلال استبانة الدراسة التي تم توزيعها على عينة احتمالية عشوائية بسيطة حجمها 84 عاملا في شركات التأمين في الجزائر. وقد تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS v25) وبرنامج أموس (Amos v21) لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود أثر معنوي غير مباشر بين أبعاد التسويق الداخلي وأداء العاملين بوجود الرضا الوظيفي كمتغير وسيط. This research aims to study the impact of the internal marketing dimensions, which are represented in training, motivation, empowerment, the service culture and internal communication on the employees’ performance with the existence of job satisfaction as an intermediate variable. Data was collected by distributing a questionnaire on a randomly simple sample of 84 employees in the insurance companies in Algeria. In order to test the study hypotheses, the Statistical Package for Social Science Program (SPSS V25) and AMOS V21 were used. The results showed that No indirect significant effect between the internal marketing dimensions and the employees’ performance with the existent of job satisfaction as an intermediate variable.
