دور النخب الأندلسية في مالكية المغرب الأوسط (2-6ه/8-12م)

Résumé: يمثل المغرب الأوسط فضاءً تجسدت فيه مختلف الأفكار الدينية منذ الفترات المبكرة لدخول الإسلام للمنطقة، ورغم نجاح المذهب الإباضي فكريا وسياسيا إلا أن ذلك لم يمنع من مالكية المنطقة إلى فترات متأخرة، على غرار المناطق المجاورة والمنتمية إلى الغرب الإسلامي، وقد ساهمت روافد عديدة في تشكيل المشهد المذهبي منها النخب الأندلسية التي حملت إلى الحواضر فقهها وفكرها وفتاويها ومختلف علومها الأمر الذي طوع انتقال المذهب المالكي وسهل استيعابه واستلهامه من طرف النخب والعوام في المغرب الأوسط، ومن هنا تهدف هذه الدراسة لتتبع انتقال المعارف الفقهية المالكية من خلال نصوص التراجم والفقه للوقوف على تأثير هذا الرافد لتثبيت المذهب المالكي في المنطقة. The central Maghreb represents a space in which various religious ideas have been embodied since the early periods of Islam’s entry into the region. Despite the success of the Ibadi doctrine ideologically and politically, this did not prevent the Maliki to dominate the region to later periods, similarly to the neighboring regions belonging to the Islamic West. Also, many ways and channels, like the Andalusian elites has contributed to the formation of the doctrinal scene when they brought their jurisprudence, thought, fatwas, and various sciences to the cities, which facilitated the transmission of the Maliki doctrine and facilitated its assimilation and inspiration by the elites and commoners in the Central Maghreb. This study aims to track the transmission of Maliki jurisprudential knowledge through the texts of translations and jurisprudence to determine the impact of this way to establish the Maliki thought in the region.
