السياسة الأمنية الفرنسية تجاه منطقة الساحل الإفريقي: بين القطيعة والاستمرارية

Résumé: في ظل التنافس الدولي في القارة الإفريقية عامة ومنطقة الساحل الإفريقي بصفة خاصة، سعت الدول الكبرى خاصة فرنسا إلى إعادة بناء علاقتها مع دول المنطقة للحفاظ على مكانتها ونفوذها في مستعمراتها السابقة وذلك بالاعتماد على آليات جديدة ومتجسدة في دعم التنمية في المنطقة باعتبارها الوسيلة السلمية لحل الأزمات المستعصية وتحقيق السلم في المنطقة،وهذا ما يقودنا إلى طرح الأسئلة التالية: إلى أي مدى ساهم التدخل العسكري الفرنسي في معالجة المشاكل الأمنية والسياسية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي؟، وهل فعلا تمكنت فرنسامن خلال تدخلها العسكري في معظم دول الساحل الإفريقي من تحقيق الاستقرار الأمني في المنطقة أم ساهمت تحطيم البنية التحتية لدولة الإفريقية ؟ In the international competition in the African continent in general and the African coast, in particular, the major Powers sought for France to rebuild its relations with the countries of the region to maintain its status and influence in former colonies by relying on new mechanisms of in support of development in the region as a peaceful means to solve the intractable crises and achieve peace in the region.This leads us to ask the following questions:What is France's role in addressing the security and political problems in the Sahel ? Has France, through its military intervention in most Sahelian countries, achieved security in the region or contributed to the destruction of the infrastructure of the African nation?
