Extent Of Practice Of Administrative Leaders In Green Quality Costs In Achieving Sustainable Development - An Applied Study Of Administrative Leaders At The Sudanese Ministry Of Higher Education And Scientific Research 2021-2023

Résumé: The study aimed to determine the extent of practice of administrative leadership in green quality costs in achieving sustainable development at the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This was done by presenting the problem, which involved understanding the extent to which the administrative leadership at the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education practices green quality costs and its impact on achieving sustainable development. The descriptive-analytical method was used, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software was utilized for survey analysis. The main tool of the study was the questionnaire based on the study hypotheses. The study found a highly positive response in the overall average of measuring the attitude towards the practice of green quality costs by the administrative leadership at the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This indicates that the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research serves as a suitable incubator for the practice of green quality costs that can be invested in and enhanced to promote advancement, creativity, and achieve sustainable development. The study also concludes that there is a strong relationship between the practice of green quality costs by the administrative leadership in the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (r=0.000). The study provided a set of recommendations based on the results.
