قواعد التقاضي في الدعوى الضريبية في ظل التشريع الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص باللغة العربية: من القواعد التي يتطلبها القانون لتمكن القضاء من الفصل في موضوع الدعوى الضريبية, أكد المشرع الجزائري على مجموعة من الشروط القانونية الواجب توافرها لرفع الدعوى الضريبية أمام الجهات القضائية لأنها من النظام العام, يمكن للمكلف بالضريبة والقاضي من إثارتها في أي مرحلة من مراحل النزاع. كلمات مفتاحية: ( المحكمة الإدارية, المكلف بالضريبة, القضاء الإداري, التظلم, الميعاد). Abstract: One of the rules required by law to enable the judiciary to decide on the issue of tax action, the Algerian legislator emphasized a set of legal requirements to bring tax action before the judicial authorities because it is a public order, which the tax collector and the judge can raise at any stage of the dispute.
