الآليات الدولية والسياسات الوطنية الجزائرية لحماية التراث اللامادي

Résumé: يعد التراث اللامادي عامل تواصل مهم بين الأفراد والجماعات الذي تشترك فيه مجتمعات عديدة، بحكم التقارب الثقافي والتاريخي للبشر، مما يجعلها تتداخل فيما بينها ما يتطلب حمايته من طرف الدولة والمجتمع الدولي، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان مساهمة القوانين الدولية والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية في حماية التراث اللامادي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ صون التراث الثقافي اللامادي عبر السياسات الجزائرية جاء من خلال تشريعات وطنية وفي إطار الاتفاقيات الدولية التي وقعتها الجزائر سعيا منها إلى الحفاظ على رصيدها الثقافي اللامادي نظرا لأهميته كمكسب للأمة وما يتعرض له من تهميش داخلي ونهب وسرقة من شعوب أخرى. The intangible heritage is an important factor of communication between individuals and groups in which many societies participate, due to the cultural and historical rapprochement of human beings, which makes them overlap among themselves what requires protection by the state and the international community, and this research aims to show the contribution of international laws and international and regional organizations in the protection of intangible heritage The study concluded that the preservation of intangible cultural heritage through Algerian policies came through national legislation and within the framework of international agreements signed by Algeria in an effort to preserve its intangible cultural balance due to its importance as a gain for the nation and the internal marginalization, looting and theft from other peoples.
