الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته باالاداء لدى أساتذة الطور المتوسط

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: عنيت هذه الدراسة بموضوع " الرضا الوظيفي وعلاقته بأداء أساتذة الطور المتوسط-دراسة ميدانية بمتوسطات ولاية الوادي-". حيث هدفت إلى تبيان العلاقة القائمة بين عنصري الرضا الوظيفي والأداء الوظيفي، وكذا إبراز أهمية الرضا الوظيفي للأستاذ في مجال التربية و التعليم. و قد انطلقنا في دراستنا هذه من فرضية عامة مفادها: • هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مؤشرات الرضا الوظيفي والأداء لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بمتوسطات ولاية الوادي. و نتجت عنه هذه الفرضية فرضيات جزئية تمثلت في: • توجد هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مؤشر الأجر والأداء الوظيفي لدى أستاذ التعليم المتوسط بمؤسسات التعليم المتوسط بولاية الوادي. • هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مؤشر بيئة العمل والأداء الوظيفي لدى أستاذ التعليم المتوسط بمتوسطات ولاية الوادي. و تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة قياس في هذه الدراسة، كما تم اعتماد معامل الصدق و الثبات للتأكد من صحة الاستبيان. طبقت الدراسة على عينة قدرها 102أساتذاللتعليم المتوسط بولاية الوادي و تحديدا بثلاث متوسطات: متوسطة غندير عمر/متوسطة الوئام المدني/متوسطة طير حسين. و خلصت إلى النتائج التالية: • هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مؤشر الأجر و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بولاية الوادي. • هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين مؤشر بيئة العمل و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط بولاية الوادي. Study's Summary This sudy was concerned with the subject of " Job satisfaction and its relationship to the performance of middle school teachers . This study took place in El-Oued middle schools . The study aimed to show the relationshipbetween the elements of job satisfaction and job performance ، as well as to highlight the importance of Job satisfaction for teacher in the field of education . In this study ، we started froma general hypothesis: *There is an associative relation between indicators of job satisfaction and performanceamongmiddle school teachers in El-Oued . This hypothesisresulted in partial hypotheses ، as follows: 1_ There is an associative relation between the salary index and job performance for middle school teachers in El-Oued . 2_There is an associative relation between the work environmentindex and job performance for middle school teachers in El-Oued . The questionnaire was used as a measurement tool in this study ، and the validity and reliability coeffcient was adopted to ensure the validity of thequestionnaire . *The study was applied to a sample of 102 middleschool teachersin El-Oued . It was applied in three middle schools:Ghendir Amor middle school ،Wiam Al- Madani middle school and TairHossein middle school . And reached the following results: - There is an associative relation between the salary index and job performance for middle school teachers in El-Oued . - There is an associative relation between the work environmentindex and job performance for middle school teachers in El-Oued .
