التوجّهات الحديثة لعصرنة الخدمات المصرفية بالجزائر مع الإشارة إلى عيّنة من المصارف العموميّة الجزائريّة Recent Trends To Modernize The Banking Services In Algeria, Referring To A Sample Of Algerian Public Bankss

Résumé: مستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التوجهات الحديثة لعصرنة الخدمات المصرفية بالمصارف الجزائرية في ظل الاِتجاه الرقمي الذي تتخذه معظم دول العالم، وإعطاء نظرة عن واقع الخدمات المصرفية الحديثة والمستجدة في عيّنة من المصارف العموميّة الجزائريّة. اِعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصّلت إلى وجود تباطؤ نسبي في اِعتماد الأساليب الحديثة ووسائل وأدوات العصرنة في المجال المصرفي، بالرغم من الجهود المبذولة من أجل النهوض بالمصارف العموميّة الجزائريّة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تدارك التأخّر من حيث تقنين وأتمتة ورقمنة القطاع المصرفي، وأهمية تحسين نظرة العميل الجزائري، وزيادة ثقته في اِستعمال التقنيات والمنتجات التكنولوجية في الصناعة المصرفية. Abstract: This study aims to know the recent trends to modernize the banking services in Algerian banks in light of the digital trend taken by most countries of the world, and to provide an overview of the reality of modern and emerging banking services in a sample of Algerian public banks. The study adopted the descriptive approach and concluded the relative delay in this field, despite the efforts implemented to advance Algerian banks, the study recommended the need to remedy to the delay in terms of legalization, automation and digitization of the banking sector and the importance of improving the Algerian customer’s view and increasing his confidence to use technological products in the banking industry
