Résumé: Study the effectiveness of the sludge from the drinking water treatment plant in removing heavy metals (lead) from the water in the wastewater treatment plant, from the preparation of a synthetic solution (lead chloride) in more to know the physical and chemical properties of sludge. Where we made laboratory experiments by mixing sludge of different masses (0.5 g, 1 g and 1.5 g) with the ideal solution with a capacity of 50 ml each with mass two different rotational speeds 35 and 70 revolutions / min in three stages with different times "30 minutes" and "30 minutes and after 24 hours add 30 minutes" and 60 minutes in a row. Where we obtained the best elimination result at the stage of "60 continuous minutes" with a mass of (1 g) and a rotational speed of 70 rpm, which was 82%.
