Résumé: ىدفت ىذه الد ا رسة إلى تبيان امكانية تطبيق نظام الموازنة عمى أساس الأنشطة يعتبر أسموب من الأساليب الحديثة ،التي تسمح بتزويد الإدارة بالمعمومات التي ABB بسكرة ، باعتبار أن نظام تحتاجيا في اعداد الموازنات ، وقد توصمت الد ا رسة إلى أن الجامعة تتوفر عمى متطمبات تطبيق النظام كتعدد وتعفد الأنشطة المقدمة، تنوع الانشطة المساندة للأنشطة المقدمة، وجود أنظمة محاسبية جيدة، ووجود ىيكل ABB تنظيمي لممؤسسة مرن، ورغم أن إدارة الجامعة مدركة لأىمية تطبيق نظام الموازنة عمى أساس الأنشطة في الرقابة والتخطيط وتقييم الأداء وتخفيض التكاليف، إلا أن ىناك صعوبات تحد من تطبيقو مثل عدم وجود موارد بشرية مؤىمة لاعداد الموازنة عمى أساس الأنشطة، مقاومة الموظفين لتطبيق النظام، كما أن ىذا الأخير يتطمب الوقت والمال والجيد لتطبيقو. كممات المفتاح: الموازنة التقديرية ، أنظمة التكمفة والتسيير والتسعير ، نظام الموازنة عمى أساس الأنشطة . Abstract: The aim of this study is to demonstrate the applicability of the activity-based budget system, ABB, University Mohamed khider Biskra, considering that the ABB system is a method of modern techniques, which allow to provide the Department with the information you need in budgeting, and the study found that the University is available on the Requirements of the application system as a multiplicity of wetavd activities, diversity of activities supporting the activities provided, good accounting systems and a flexible Enterprise organizational structure, although the University Administration is aware of the importance of the application of the activity-based budget system, ABB in oversight, planning and performance assessment and reduction Costs, but there are difficulties limit applied, such as the lack of qualified human resources to activity-based budgeting, staff resistance to the application of the system, as the latter requires time, money and effort to implement .
