بناء مقياس للميول المهنية لطلبة الصفوف 9-12 بمحافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى بناء مقياس للميول المهنية للكشف عن الميول المهنية لدى طلبة الصفوف من 9-12 بمنطقة الباطنة شمال بسلطنة، كما تهدف إلى استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية ومعايير درجات الأبعاد المختلفة للمقياس، والكشف عن أكثر الميول المهنية توافرا لدى أفراد العينة وفقا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والصفوف الدراسية والبيئة المدرسية، تكونت عينة الدراسة من طلبة الصف العاشر إلى الثاني عشر بتعليمية شمال الباطنة، أظهرت النتائج أن مقياس الميول المهنية يتمتع بخصائص سيكومترية مقبولة، وان الميل الفني اكثر توافرا لدى أفراد العينة يليه الميل الاجتماعي ثم الميل العملي ثم الميل الخلوي ثم الميل التقليدي ثم الميل العلمي ثم الميل المغامر، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بنية الميول المهنية تعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي والصف الدراسي والبيئة المدرسية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات في ضوء نتائجها Abstract: The study aimed to Construction of the career interests measurement for students of 10-12 classes in Batina North governorate in Oman, aimed also to extract the statistics characteristics & standards of career interests measurement, investigated of the most career interests in the sample of this study and differences of career interests according to gender, classes & school environment. The sample of this study consist students of 10-12 classes in Batina North governorate. The results indicated that career interests measurement characterized by an accepted statistics characteristics, creative interest is the most preoccupy then social interest, Practical interest, Outdoors interest, Office interest, Scientific interest and Business interest. There were significant differences in career interests regarding to gender, classes & school environment.
