مسؤولية الغير عن الاعتداء الذي يقع على نظام بطاقة الائتمان Others Responsibility For Assault That Happened On The Credit Card System

Résumé: تطرقنا من خلال هذا المقال إلى مختلف الجرائم الناشئة عن الاستعمال غير المشروع لبطاقات الائتمان من جانب الغير، فالحامل الشرعي في هذا الموقع هو من صدرت البطاقة لصالحه وباسمه، وفي هذه الفرضية يقوم الغير ممن لا يخولهم حامل البطاقة أو من صدرت البطاقة لصالحه باستخدامها خلافا لإرادته، والحالات المتصور وقوعها في هذه الحالة هي قيام الغير باستخدام البطاقة الائتمانية بعد سرقتها أو فقدانها من قبل الحامل الشرعي للبطاقة، أو بعد التلاعب في مكونات البطاقات الائتمانية سواء المادية أو المعنوية. In this article, we tried to address the various crimes resulting from the illegal use of credit cards by third others, the legitimate holder is the one who issued the card in his favor and under his name in this hypothesis, the other people who are not authorized by the cardholder or whoever issued the card for his benefit shall use it against to his will. The cases that it can happen in this situation are the use of a credit card by others after a theft or a loss from its legitimate owner, or after a manipulation of the moral or materiel elements of the credit card.
