دور المنافذ البحرية في الصراعات الإقليمية : مضيق باب المندب في النزاع اليمني أنموذجا

Résumé: تشكل أهمية المواقع الجغرافية خاصة المائية منها دورا بارزا في الصراعات الدولية العالمية منها والإقليمية، ويبرز ذلك بشكل واضح من خلال أنموذج النزاع في اليمن ودور مضيق باب المندب كعامل مؤثر فيه. حيث شكل الموقع الاستراتيجي الذي حظي به اليمن في شبه الجزيرة العربية من خلال إطلاله على أحد أهم طرق التجارة والملاحة الدولية والمتمثلة في مضيق باب المندب عامل جذب ودافعا معتبرا للتدخلات الخارجية سياسيا، عسكريا وإيديولوجيا خاصة الإقليمية منها كالسعودية،إيران والإمارات في النزاع اليمني، وهو ما زاد من تعقيد وإطالة أمد أزمة اليمن نظرا لتشابك مصالح الأطراف الفاعلة فيها، والتي وجدت في ضعف وهشاشة البيئة الداخلية اليمنية العامل الأبرز في الثأر بالأهمية الإستراتيجية لمضيق باب المندب. الكلمات المفتاحية: المنافذ البحرية- الصراعات الإقليمية- النزاع اليمني- مضيق باب المندب. Abstract: The importance of geographical locations, especially water ones, constitutes a prominent role in global and regional international conflicts. This is clearly demonstrated by the model of the conflict in Yemen and the role of the Bab al-Mandab Strait as an influential factor in it, where the strategic location that Yemen enjoyed through its overlooking on the most important international trade and navigation routes represented in the Bab al-Mandab Strait constituted an attractive factor and a significant motive for foreign interventions mainly politically, military and ideologically and especially regional ones, such as Saudi Arabia, Iran and the UAE in the Yemeni conflict. This has further complicated and prolonged the Yemen crisis due to the intertwined interests of the actors involved,which found in the weakness and fragility of the internal Yemeni environment the most prominent factor in the retaliation in the strategic importance of the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
