الحاجة إلى التمويل الجماعي كآلية لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة لعرض وتحليل التمويل الجماعي كآلية لدعم المؤسسات الناشئة، إلى جانب عرض المنصات التي تم الاعتماد عليها من أجل تفعيله والربط بين مختلف متعامليه. وقد تم عرض مفاهيم التمويل الجماعي إلى جانب بعض التجارب الدولية الناجحة ومختلف المنصات الرائدة في تعبئة وتسيير الموارد المالية للتمويل الجماعي عالميا، مع عرض المؤشرات المالية المرتبطة بذلك، وقد تم التوصل إلى إمكانية تطبيق التمويل الجماعي في الجزائر للمؤسسات الناشئة خاصة بعد صدور قانون المالية التكميلي في مادته 45 لسنة 2020 والاستفادة من مختلف المزايا المصاحبة له. The study aims to provide crowdfunding as a mechanism to support emerging institutions, to show the platforms that have been relied upon to activate them and connect their agents. While the concepts of crowdfunding were introduced with some successful international experiences and pioneering platforms in mobilizing and managing financial resources for global crowdfunding, with the presentation of relevant financial indicators. The possibility of applying crowdfunding in Algeria for startups has been reached, especially after the issuance of the Supplementary Finance Law in its Article 45 of 2020 and taking advantage of the various advantages associated with it
