How Are Countries Supporting Tourism Recovery? Case Of Algeria And Serbia And England

Résumé: Since the outbreak of corona virus and consider it as pandemic by the world organization health the COVID-19 pandemic is having a major impact across world regions available data shows that international tourist arrivals have sharply decreased in the first quarter of 2020 with possible scenarios for the year pointing to an annual decline of between 60% and80% when compared with 2019figures depending on the pace of easing travel restrictions, Algeria has been taken several procedures and precautions in order to fight against COVID-19 and boost the spread of it Algerian legislator promulgated different decrees such as Executive Decree No. 20-69 of March 21, 2020 relating to measures to prevent and control the spread of the coronavirus epidemic COVID-19 and Executive Decree No. 20-159 of June 13, 2020 amending home quarantine and the measures taken within the framework of the system to prevent the spread of the coronavirus epidemic منذ تفشي فيروس كورونا واعتباره وباء من قبل المنظمة العالمية للصحة كان لوباء covid-19 تأثير كبيير عبر مناطق العالم في عدة مجالات كالاقتصاد التعليم الصحة وأخيرا السياحة حيث تظهر البيانات المتاحة أن عدد الساح الدوليين الوافدين للجزائر وصربيا قد انخفاض بشكل حد في الربع الاول من سنة 2020 مع سيناريوهات محتملة للسنوات المقبلة 2021 و2022 تشير البيانات إلى انخفاض سنوي يتراوح بين60 بالمئة و80 بالمائة مقارنة بأرقام 2019 اعتمادا على وتيرة تخفيف قيود السفر فقد اتخذت الجزائر وصربيا عدة إجراءات واحتياطات من أجل مكافحة فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 وهذا واضح من خلال المراسيم التنفيذية التي إصدارات من طرف المشرع الجزائري منذ بداية الوباء منذ الفاتح من جانفي2020 على سبيل المثال المرسوم التنفيذي رقم20-69 المؤرخ في21-03-2020 المتعلق بتدابير الوقاية من انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 ومكافحته والمرسوم التنفيذي رقم20-159 المؤرخ في13-06-2020 المتضمن تعديل الحجر المنزلي والتدابير المتخذة في إطار نظام الوقاية من انتشار وباء فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 ومكافحته
