أثر تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي (scf) على تحسين جودة المعلومة المالية " دراسة ميدانية للصندوق الجهوي للتعاون الفلاحي – Crma – ورقلة "

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة الحالية معرفة أثر تطبيق النظام المحاسبي المالي على تحسين جودة المعلومة المالية, من خلال معرفة مدى مساهمته في توفير الخصائص النوعية للمعلومة المالية لما لها من أهمية كبيرة في مساعدة مختلف مستخدميها قي اتخاذ القرارات المالية. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن للنظام المحاسبي دور كبير وانعكاس إيجابي ملموس على جودة المعلومة المالية وذلك من خلال توفير الخصائص الأساسية ( الملائمة, الموثوقية, القابلية للفهم والمقارنة ) ويمكن القول أن النظام المحاسبي المالي قد حقق نسبة تقدم معتبرة في سبيل الوصول إلى هدفه الأساسي وهو تطوير و تنظيم الممارسات المحاسبية في الجزائر بما يتوافق مع المعايير الدولية للاستثمارات الّأجنبية . The current study aims to know the impact of the application of the financial accounting system on improving the quality of financial information, by knowing the extent to which it contributes to providing the qualitative characteristics of financial information because of its great importance in helping its various users in making financial decisions. Through this study, we have found that the accounting system has a significant role and a significant positive reflection on the quality of financial information by providing the basic characteristics (appropriate, reliability, understanding and comparison) and it can be said that the financial accounting system has achieved a significant rate of progress in order to reach its main goal of developing and regulating accounting practices in Algeria in accordance with international standards of foreign investments.
