Influence De La Concentration Du Dopant Sur Les Propriétés Du Sulfure De Zinc

Résumé: "This work focuses on the synthesis of ZnS nanoparticles doped and undoped by Ca using the hydrothermal method. These nanomaterials are analyzed by DRX to identify the structural characteristics, by SEM to know the morphology and UV-vis to identify the optical properties. DRX has shown that the powder structure of pure ZnS is of the blende (cubic) zinc type and the average crystallite size estimated by the Schérer formula is D= 7 nm. A decrease in the size of the nanoparticles is noticed as a function of the Ca doping rate, this change remarkably influences the optical properties of the new nanoparticles. This influence is manifested by the increase in the rate of degradation of the orange Methylene as a function of the increase in the Ca doping rate.
