دور حاضنات الأعمال في تعزيز ريادة الاعمال بالجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور حاضنات الأعمال في تعزيز ريادة الأعمال بالجزائر حيث تعتبر الحاضنات من اهم الاليات التي تساهم في امداد المشاريع الريادية بكل ما تحتاجه من عوامل الدعم والمساعدة وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة بعدة نتائج أهمها أن الجزائر رغم الجهود المبذولة في مجال حاضنات الاعمال إلا ان هذه الأخيرة ما زال نشاطها محدود وذلك لعدة أسباب منها غياب الاطر القانونية والتشريعية المنظمة لها، نقص الموارد المالية والبشرية، غياب التكامل بين الحاضنات والجامعة ومراكز البحث والتطوير. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of business incubators in promoting entrepreneurship in Algeria, where incubators are considered one of the most important mechanisms that contribute to supplying entrepreneurial projects with all the support and assistance they need. This study came out with several results, the most important of which is that Algeria, despite the efforts made in the field of business incubators, is still limited in activity, for several reasons, including the absence of legal and legislative frameworks regulating them, the lack of financial and human resources, the absence of integration between incubators, the university, and research and development centers.
