Résumé: يكمن الدور الأساسي للمحاسبة في توفير معلومات تسمح بعرض الصورة الصادقة عن المؤسسة، حيث تستخدم هيئات الأسواق المالية آلية المعايير المحاسبية للحد من سلوك إدارة الأرباح. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار محددات سلوك إدارة الأرباح (مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي)في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية، حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 70 مؤسسة خلال فترة 2010-2018. تؤكد نتائج الدراسة على ممارسة المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية لسلوك إدارة الأرباح، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لمؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي لدى المؤسسات على سلوك إدارة الأرباح. The key role of accounting is to provide information that allow to show the true image of the institution by which financial market organizations, are using accounting standards mechanism to limit the earnings management’s behavior. This study aims at examining the defendants of the earnings management behavior( economic performance indicators ) in the Algerian economic institution .The study sample included 70 institution during the period of 2010-2018. The results of the study confirm the practice of the Algerian economic institutions to earnings management behavior, as well as the absence of statistically significant effect on the economic performance indicators imposed on the earnings management behavior in the institutions.
