إشكالية المواطنة والحقوق السياسية في النظام الإسلامي والنظم المعاصرة
Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى مقاربة فكرة المواطنة كمفهوم سياسي دستوري ترتكز عليه مختلف النظم السياسية كأساس لممارسة الحقوق السياسية، كما يتناول المقال المنظور الاسلامي لفكرة المواطنة وكيفيات ممارستها في ظل التجربة السياسية الإسلامية. The aim of this research paper is approach the notion of citizenship as political and constitutional concept on which almost political systems is based on it to practice political rights, the research as well deals with the Islamic perspective of the notion of citizenship and how to practise it on the backdrop of the political Islamic experience.
