أثر استخدام المشتقات المالية في التخفيف من المخاطر النظامية -دراسة حالة الشركة القطرية العامة للتأمين وإعادة التأمين للفترة من2012 الى 2021-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى وصف قياس وتحليل أثر استخدام المشتقات المالية على المخاطر النظامية في الشركة القطرية العامة للتأمين وإعادة التأمين الناشطة في السوق المالية القطرية للفترة الممتدة من 2012 الى غاية 2021، وذلك من خلال استخدام النموذج الرياضي VAR (نموذج الانحدار الذاتي المتجه). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تقدير أثر المشتقات المالية على المخاطر النظامية وتفسير العلاقة السببية بين هذين المتغيرين في الشركة محل الدراسة، من خلال وجود أثر طردي للمشتقات المالية على المخاطر النظامية في الفترة الأولى، وأثر عكسي بين المشتقات المالية والمخاطر النظامية في الفترتين الثانية والثالثة في الشركة القطرية العامة للتأمين وإعادة التأمين. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أنتأثير المشتقات المالية على المخاطر النظامية يكون معدوما إلى ضعيف في المدى القصير، ومتوسط التطور في المدى المتوسط، ليستقر التأثير في المدى الطويلThis study aims to describe, measure and analyze the impact of the use of financial derivatives on the systemic risks of the Qatar Insurance and Reinsurance Company active in the Qatari financial market for the period 2012 - 2021, using the VAR model (vector autoregressive model) mathematical method. The study reached an estimate of the impact of financial derivatives on systemic risks and an explanation of the causal relationship between these two variables in the company,through the presence of a direct effect of financial derivatives on the systemic risks in the first period, and an inverse effect between financial derivatives and systemic risks in the second and third periods in the Qatar Insurance and Reinsurance Company. The study also concluded that the effect of financial derivatives on systemic risks is non-existent or weak in the short term, and with medium development in the medium term, then the effect stabilizes in the long term
