أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على الإنفاق الحكومي دراسة قياسية حالة الجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2017)
Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على الإنفاق الحكومي في الجزائر وهذا خلال الفترة الممتدة ما بين سنة 1980 وسنة 2017 حيث تمت نمذجة سلسلة سعر البترول واستخراج سلسلة التطاير المعبر عنها بالانحراف المعياري الشرطي المحسوب بنماذج ARCH، ،ثم اختبار التكامل المتزامن باختبار الحدود وأخيرا تقدير نموذجARDL بين المتغيرين المستقل تقلبات اسعار البترول والتابع الانفاق الحكومي وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين تقلبات أسعار البترول والنفقات الحكومية . The aim of this study is to test the effect of oil prices fluctuations on government expenditure in Algeria the period 1980 - 2017, The oil price series and the series of volatilities expressed in the conditional standard deviation of the ARCH models were then tested, The study concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between oil prices fluctuations and government expenditures.
