استراتيجيات التعامل مع الضغوط النفسية الناجمة عن المشكلات لدى الطلاب المستجدين بالجامعة

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على استراتيجيات التعامل مع الضغوط النفسية الناجمة عن المشكلات لدى الطلبة المستجدين بالجامعة، وهي دراسة ميدانية أجريت بجامعة وهران 2 (الجزائر)، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، بالاعتماد على قائمة مشكلات الطلبة واختبار الكوبينغ Cooping، وتم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من 400 طالب وطالبة جدد. وقد تم التوصل إلى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين مشكلات الطلبة المستجدين بالجامعة واستراتيجيات التعامل مع الضغوط النفسية الناجمة عنها بأبعادها الخمسة المتمثلة في: (حل المشكل، وبعد الانفعال، وبعد التجنب، وبعد التسلية، وبعد الدعم الاجتماعي) لدى الطلبة المستجدين بجامعة وهران2، وفي الأخير تم ادراج مجموعة من التوصيات والاسهامات العلمية والعملية. . Abstract : This study aimed to identify the strategies of dealing with psychological stresses caused by problems of new students at the university, and we used the analytical descriptive method that were we applied the list of problems students and test of cooping that consists of 400 new students. It has been concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between the problems of new students at the university and the strategies for dealing the stress with her 05 dimensions: (problem solving, emotion, avoidance, entertainment, and social support) among new university students at Oran University2. Finally, a set of recommendations and scientific and practical contributions were included.
