فكر هنري كيسنجر: الأصول، الاهتمامات والتأثيرات

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى القاءالضوء على الفكر السياسي للعقل المدبر للسياسة الخارجية الأمريكية هنري كيسنجر ولذلك بالرجوع إلى أصل فكره السياسي، والبحث في مدى تأثير انتماءاته الدينية أو الإثنية في توجهاته الفكرية واهتماماته السياسية. وكيف اثرت أفكاره على هندسة السياسة الخارجية الامريكية و توجهاتها تجاه القضايا الإقليمية الدولية. ذلك من خلال تسلسل منهجي ننطلق فيه من التأصيل الفكري والتاريخي لتصورات هنري كيسنجر نوضح فيه كيف تمت ترجمة تلك التصورات في شكل أفكار سياسية تجلت ملامحها في في العديد من المفاهيم والمواقف التي اتخذها هنري كينسجر تجاه المحافظين الجدد واتخذتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تجاه العالم كعنصر أول لننتقل بعدها إلى فحص مدى تطابق تلك الأفكار مع كتاباته كعنصر ثاني لنستخلص في الأخير مواقفه تجاه العديد من القضايا كالملف النووي الإيراني، القضية الفلسطينية والحرب على العراق. Abstract: This paper aims to highlight the political thought of the mastermind of the us foreign policy Henry Kissinger. Thus, refer to the origin of his ideas, and make a research on the impact of his religious or ethnic affiliation in his intellectual direction and political interests. And how it influenced his thoughts on American foreign policy engineering and its trends towards regional and international issues. Through systematic map start rooting of intellectual and historical perceptions of Henry Kissinger, to explain how those perceptions were translated to positions taken by Henry Kissinger towards neoconservative, and taken by the United States toward the world, than we examine the writings of Henry Kissinger. In the last we define his positions towards many issues such as the Iranian nuclear issue, the Palestinian issue and the war on Iraq.
