مساهمة الأداء التدريسي الممارس من طرف الأستاذ لتفعيل أهداف حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية (دراسة ميدانية لبعض متوسطات الجزائر غرب)

Résumé: تعتبر عملية التدريس صعبة التطبيق حيث تسهم في تربية المتعلمين ليكونوا مواطنين صالحين. فالتدريس عملية تفاعلية معقدة بين المعلم والمتعلمين والذي تصحبه أنشطة مختلفة تتم بأساليب متعددة لتفعيل الأهداف التعليمية، لذا فإن التنوع ضروري في الأداء التدريسي فالأستاذ المثالي بالنسبة للمتعلم هو ذلك الذي يستطيع التحكم في جميع الجوانب المعرفية البيداغوجية والتربوية بصفة عامة، والذي ينعكس مهامه عل تنويع الطرائق والأساليب المتبعة، وتحكم معاملته التربوية مع المتعلمين في طريقة الاتصال معهم وخاصة خصائصه، كما ينعكس مردود التدريس للأستاذ على تحقيق الأهداف السلوكية. من هذا المنطق جاء موضوع بحثنا الذي يهدف إلى التعرف على مساهمة الأداء التدريسي الممارس من طرف أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المقاربة بالكفاءات لتفعيل أهداف الحصة بالتعليم المتوسط، ولتحقيق ذلك قام الباحث باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بتصميم شبكة ملاحظة حيث تطلب تصميمها إلى تقسيم محاورها إلى سبعة بنود تشكل المهارات الرئيسية لعملية التدريس على الشكل التالي: طرائق وأساليب التدريس- التخطيط- التنفيذ- التقويم- تقنيات الاتصال- الأهداف السلوكية، وقد طبقت على عينة عشوائية بسيطة تتمثل في أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ذكور وإناث وبلغت عدد أفرادها 10 أساتذة واقتصر البحث في المتوسطات حيث أخذنا 7 متوسطات. Teaching is a complex interactive process between teachers and learners, which is accompanied by various activities carried out in various ways to activate educational objectives, Therefore, diversity is necessary in teaching performance, the ideal teacher for the learner is the one who can control all aspects of pedagogical and knowledge in general, Which reflects its tasks on the diversification of different methods and methods used, and the control of its educational treatment with learners in the way of communication with them, especially its characteristics, as well as the return of teaching to the professor on the achievement of behavioral objectives. From this logic came the subject of our research which aims to identify the contribution of teaching performance practiced by the professor of physical and sports education under the approach of competencies to activate the objectives of the class in middle education, and to achieve this the researcher followed the descriptive analytical curriculum designed a network note where requested Its design to divide its axes into seven items that form the main skills of the teaching process as follows: methods and methods of teaching - planning - implementation - evaluation - communication techniques - behavioral objectives, and has applied to a simple random sample consisting of middle school teachers male and female and reached the number of Its members are 10 professors and the research was limited to averages where we took 7 averages.
