L’impact De L’économie Informelle Sur Les Indicateurs Économiques En Algérieأثر الاقتصاد غير الرسمي على المؤشرات الاقتصادية في الجزائر

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل مؤشرات الاقتصاد غير الرسمي في الجزائر وتطورها بمرور الوقت. و من أجل ذلك قمنا بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال استعراض مفهوم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي، و مقارباته في الجزائر، من جهة أخرى أشارت هذه الدراسة إلى مؤشرات قياس الاقتصاد غير الرسمي،كما ركزت الدراسة على طرق الحد من ظاهرة الاقتصاد غير الرسمي. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن ارتفاع مستوى الاقتصاد غير الرسمي بالنسبة للاقتصاد الجزائري مرتبط بشكل أساسي بالأسباب المؤسسية التي تفسر في نفس الوقت ضعف أداء هذا الاقتصاد. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج والتوصيات المهمة. The objective of this study is to analyze the indicators of the informal economy in Algeria and its evolution with the change of time. For this reason, we followed the descriptive analytical approach. By treating the concept of informal economy and its approaches in Algeria, and on the other hand, this study pointed to indicators of measurement of the informal economy, and this study also focused on ways to reduce the informal economy. The study concluded that the high level of the informal economy in the Algerian economy is mainly linked to institutional reasons, which at the same time explains the weak performance of this economy. Finally the study presented a set of results and most important recommendations
