خروج بريطانيا من الاتحاد الأوروبي من منظور نظريات التكامل والاندماج

Résumé: إن الخروج البريطاني من الإتحاد الأوروبي قد يجعل منه قوة طرد بعدما كان قوة جذب، وبالتالي سوف يخلق حالة من الشك وعدم الثقة بين دول الأعضاء الذي سيفتح المجال أمام ظهور استفتاءات مماثلة لهذه الدول للمطالبة بالانفصال، وكذلك عدم التكافؤ بين هذه الدول قد يشكل عبئا علي الدول الرائدة مثل ألمانيا وفرنسا وبالتالي رغبة هذه الأخيرة بالانسحاب من الإتحاد. * إن نجاح الإتحاد الأوروبي مرهون بحجم القوى الدولية فيه، فخروج بريطانيا من الإتحاد الأوروبي يعتبر تحديا كبيرا بخروج دولة بحجم المملكة المتحدة التي تمثل قوة اقتصادية ولاعبا مؤثرا في عملية صنع القرار داخل الإتحاد الأوروبي، وهذا ما قد يخلق تداعيات كبيرة علي الإتحاد الأوروبي وبالتالي سيتراجع دوره ككتلة إقليمية فاعلة في السياسة الدولية. * لا يزال توسع الإتحاد الأوروبي مستمر ليضم دول أخرى خاصة الدول الشرقية التي تعتبر دول ضعيفة اقتصاديا، وهذا ما يمثل عبئا على الإتحاد الأوروبي خاصة الدول الكبرى كألمانيا و فرنسا التي تُعتبر الممول الأكبر للإتحاد الأوروبي فكلما توسع هذا الأخير شرقا كلما كانت التهديدات متاخمة للحدود الجغرافية. كما يخلق هذا التوسع صعوبة اتخاذ القرار في السياسة الخارجية داخل الإتحاد الأوروبي، وهذا راجع إلى تباين الرؤى لدى صناع القرار.
