المناعة النفسية لدى الاطفال المسعفين المقيمين في المؤسسات

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى المناعة النفسية لدى الأطفال المسعفين المقيمين بمؤسسة الطفولة المسعفة. اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة الحالة على عينة تتكون من طفلتين من العمر 11-12 سنة، واستعملنا الأدوات التالية :المقابلة المنظمة و مقياس المناعة النفسية: للباحثة( ريهام وليد ابراهيم أبوزيد ،2018) سنة وتم التأكد من صدقه وثباته، توصلت الدراسة أن مؤشرات المناعة النفسية ذات المستوى المرتفع لدى الاطفال المسعفين تتمثل في: التفكير الإيجابي، القدرة على حل المشكلات، الثقة بالنفس، ضبط النفس والاتزان، الكفاءة الذاتية، التفاؤل والنظرة الايجابية للمستقبل وإعطاء معنى للحياة اما مؤشرات المناعة النفسية ذات المستوى المنخفض تتمثل في :الاستسلام للفشل والانعزالية، فقدان الاحساس بالسرور، والمتعة في الحياة، والانغلاق والجمود الفكري، فقدان السيطرة الذاتية، والتحكم الذاتي ،القابلية للإيحاء . The aim of the current study was to assess the level of psychological immunity among children residing in a rescue childhood institution. We adopted a case study approach with a sample consisting of two children aged 11-12 years old, and utilized the following tools: structured interview and the psychological immunity Scale by researcher Reham Walid Ibrahim Abouzeid (2018), ensuring its validity and reliability. The study found that indicators of high-level psychological resilience among rescued children include: positive thinking, problem-solving skills, self-confidence, self-regulation and balance, self-efficacy, optimism and a positive outlook on the future, and finding meaning in life. On the other hand, indicators of low-leve psychological immunity l include: succumbing to failure and isolation, loss of joy and pleasure in life, mental rigidity and closure, loss of self-control and self-regulation, and susceptibility to suggestion. .
