العـوامل الخمسـة الكبّـرى للشخصيّـة وعلاقتـها بدافعيـّة الإنـجاز لـدى المرشـدين التّربويين بمحافظـة الخليـل

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف أكثر العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصيّـة شيوعاً لدى المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل والتعرف على مستوى دافعيـّة الإنجاز لديهم، وكذلك استقصاء طبيعة العلاقة بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصيّـة ودافعيـّة الإنجاز لديهم، واشتملت عينة الدراسة من (142) مرشداً ومرشدةً من المرشدين النفسيين بمحافظة الخليل تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة الطبقية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصيّـة، ومقياس دافعيـّة الإنجاز. وأسفرت الدراسة عن أن أكثر عوامل الشّـخصيّـة شيوعاً هو الانبساطية وأقلها شيوعاً العصابية، أما بالنسبة لمستوى دافعيـّة الإنجاز فقد أسفرت النتائج عن أن المرشدين النفسيين في محافظة الخليل يتمتعون بدرجات متوسطة، وأسفرت النتائج أيضاً عن وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين دافعيـّة الإنجاز، وكل من العصابية، والانبساط، والمقبولية، ويقظة الضمير، وعن عدم وجود علاقة بين الانفتاح على الخبرة ودافعيـّة الإنجاز، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.This study aimed to identify the Five Big Personality Traits prevalence among the counselors in Hebron governorate and to identify their level of Achievement Motivation, as well as to investigate the relationship between the Big Five Personality Traits and their Achievement Motivation. The study sample was a stratified random sample consisted of (142) counselors from the Hebron governorate governmental schools. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the Big Five Personality Traits Scale and the Achievement Motivation Scale were used. The results of the study showed that the most common personality traits are Extraversion and the least common is Neuroticism. As for the level of Achievement Motivation, the results showed that the psychological counselors in the Hebron governorate have moderate degrees. The results showed that there were positive relationships between Achievement Motivation and both of Neuroticism, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness, whereas, there were no relationship between Openness to Experience and Achievement Motivation. The study put forward a group of recommendations
