أثر سياسة التحرير المالي على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول المغاربية (المغرب،تونس و الجزائر) -دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة 1990 - 2017

Résumé: :الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أثر سياسة التحرير المالي على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة من الدول المغاربية باستخدام بيانات بانل خلال الفترة (1990-2017)، وقد أظهرت نتائج تقدير نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الموزعة عدم وجود أثر معنوي احصائيا للقروض المقدمة من طرف القطاع المالي على معدل نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي خلال المدى القصير بينما في المدى الطويل كان أثرها معنوي احصائيا وموجب، القروض المقدمة للقطاع الخاص لم يكن لها أثر معنوي احصائيا خلال المدى القصير و الطويل، أما متغير المعروض النقدي فقد كان أثره سالب و معنوي احصائيا على معدل نمو نصيب الفرد في المدى القصير وفي المقابل كان أثره موجب و معنوي احصائيا في المدى الطويل Abstract : The aim of this study is to highlight the impact of the policy of financial liberalization on economic growth in a sample of Maghreb countries using the Panel data during the period (1990-2017). The results of the estimation of the Autoregressive distributed lag model showed that there was no statistically significant effect of the loans provided by the financial sector on the growth rate of per capita GDP during the short term while in the long term the effect was statistically significant and positive. The loans provided to the private sector was statistically insignificant effect during the short and long term. The money supply variable had a negative and statistically significant effect on the growth rate of per capita GDP in the short term. In contrast, its effect was positive and statistically significant in the long term.
