علاقة نمط الشخصية بأستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين نمط الشخصية واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان، بمستشفى محمد بوضياف -بولاية البويرة-، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، واستخدام مقياسين لغرض جمع البيانات، هما مقياس نمط الشخصية ل بن زروال فتيحة(2008)، ومقياس استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية ل كوسون (1996)، وقمنا باستخدام المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، واستخدام كذالك الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، لتحليل بيانات المقياسين والتي تم توجيهها على عينة الدراسة، والمتمثلة في (111) مريض من كلا الجنسين ( 37ذكر، و74أنثى)، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين نمط الشخصية واستراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان. - توجد علاقة بين نمط الشخصية (أ) وبين استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان . - توجد علاقة بين نمط الشخصية (ب) وبين استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان . - توجد علاقة بين نمط الشخصية (ج) وبين استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان . - الإستراتيجية المتمركزة حول الانفعال الأكثر استعمالا لدى مرضى السرطان. - لا تــوجد فــروق ذات دلالـة إحصــائية في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية حسب متغير (الجنس، السن، نوع الإصابة بالسرطان، الحالة الاجتماعية)، وتــوجد فــروق ذات دلالـة إحصــائية في استراتيجيات مواجهة الضغوط النفسية حسب متغير (المستوى التـعليمي، المهنة، المســتوى الاقتصادي، الإقامة). /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////This study aims to know the relationship between personality type and coping strategies in cancer patients at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital - in Bouira province and to achieve the objectives of the study, the relational descriptive approach were used, and two measures were used for the purpose of data collection, which are the personality type scale of Ben Zeroual Fatiha (2008), and the Cousson coping strategies (1996), and we used the semi-directed clinical interview, and also used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), to analyze the two measures data that were directed to the study sample, represented by (111) patients. Of both sexes (37 males and 74 females), the results of the study concluded: - There is a statistically significant correlation between personality type and strategies for coping strategies in cancer patients. - There is a relationship between personality type (A) and coping strategies in cancer patients . - There is a relationship between personality type (B) and coping strategies in cancer patients . - There is a relationship between personality type (C) and coping strategies in cancer patients . - The emotion-centered strategy is among the most frequently used coping strategies among cancer patients. - there are no statistically significant differences in coping strategies due to variables (gender, age, type of injury cancer, civil status), and there are significant differences Statistical significance in strategies to face psychological pressures, due to variables (educational level, occupation, economic level, residence).
