الضغوط النفــسـية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي لدى أساتذة مرحلة الابتدائي "دراسة ميدانية في ابتدائيات مقاطعة جندل"

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والرضا الوظيفي لدى اساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية، وتمت الدراسة وفق المنهج الوصفي، باعتباره الأنسب لوصف خصائص الظاهرة وجمع المعلومات عنها ومتابعتها مباشرة في الميدان للحصول على بيانات حقيقية، وكان ذلك بتطبيق استبيانين الأول خاص بالضغوط النفسية والمعد من طرف الباحث (محمد عطية الغامدي)، والثاني خاص بالرضا الوظيفي من إعداد الباحثين " جواد الشيخ خليل"و " عزيزة عبد الله شرير" على عينة قوامها (60) استاذ واستاذة من 3 ابتدائيات مقاطعة جندل( ابتدائية الأمير عبد القادر، بلوناس، بن زينة)، وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، وتوصلت الباحثة لعدد من النتائج بأنه: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين الضغوط النفسية والرضا الوظيفي اساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الجنسين في الضغوط النفسية لأساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 بين الجنسين في الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة المرحلة الابتدائية لصالح الإناث .Abstract: The current study aims to identify the relationship between psychological stress and job satisfaction for teachers in elementary schools. The study was conducted based on the descriptive approach, as it is considered the most convenient to describe the characteristics and collect information on this phenomenon and directly supervise it on the field, in order to obtain real data. Two questionnaires were applied, the first for psychological stress prepared by the researcher "Mohamed Attia Al-Ghamdi", and the second for job satisfaction, prepared by researchers "Jawad Sheikh Khalil" and "Aziza Sherir ”on a sample of sixty (60) teachers, and other teachers from 3 elementary schools in Jandal Province (Elementary of Amir Abd el Kader, Blonas, Ben Zina). The sample was randomly selected, and the researcher reached a number of results :There are statistical differences between psychological stress and job satisfaction for elementary school teachers. There are no statistical differences between the two sexes in psychological stress for elementary school teachers. There are statistical differences the significance level is 0.05 between the two sexes in job satisfaction for elementary school teachers for the benefit of females .
