السياسة النقدية كألية فعالة لتحقيق اهداف السياسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر دراسة تحليلية للفترة 2000-2017.

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالسياسة النقدية، الأهداف والأدوات، بالإضافة إلى دراسة مسار تطور السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2000إلى 2017، وتقييم أداء السياسة النقدية لبنك الجزائر في تحقيق أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية الكلية خلال نفس الفترة. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000الى2017 عرفت العديد من الاصلاحات والتي بموجبها أصبح بنك يستعمل خليطا متجانسا من الادوات من أجل التأثير على النشاط الاقتصادي، بالإضافة الى عدم قدرة السياسة النقدية في هذه الفترة على تحقيق بعض أهداف السياسة الاقتصادية كالتشغيل الكامل والنمو الاقتصادي المرتفع والتوازن الخارجي، وذلك بسبب ارتباط بعض هذه المتغيرات بتغيرات الوضع الدولي. Abstract: This study aims to introduce monetary policy, objectives and tools, in addition to studying the course of monetary policy development in Algeria during the period from 2000 to 2017, and evaluating the monetary policy performance of the Bank of Algeria in achieving macroeconomic policy objectives during the same period. This study concluded several results, the most important of which is that monetary policy in Algeria during the period 2000 to 2017 knew many reforms, according to which a bank became using a homogeneous mixture of tools in order to influence economic activity, in addition to the inability of monetary policy in this period to achieve some policy objectives Economic, such as full employment, high economic growth and external balance, because some of these variables are linked to changes in the international situation.
