الأساليب التدريسية الحديثة و علاقتها ببعض السمات الشخصية حسب نمطي السيطرة الدماغية ( الأيمن و الأيسر) عند أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم المتوسط

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة ما اذا كانت هناك علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الاساليب التدريسية الحديثة مع بعض السمات الشخصية و كذا معرفة ما اذ تختلف هذه الاساليب و هذه السمات باختلاف انماط السيطرة الدماغية عند اساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في التعليم المتوسط، و بعد المعالجة الاحصائية اظهرت النتائج بوجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة احصائيا عند اصحاب النمط الايمن بين الاساليب التدريسية و السمات الشخصية ،اما عند اصحاب النمط الايسر تبينت النتائج كذلك بوجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية دالة احصائيا بين الاساليب التدريسية و السمات الشخصية ، ما يدل على ان الاساليب التدريسية تؤثر بشكل ايجابي بالسمات الشخصية لدى اساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية. Abstract : The current study aimed to find out if there is a statistically related correlation between modern teaching methods with some personality traits and so on as to what these methods and these attributes differ in different types of brain control in the teachers of physical and sports education in education The average, measure of personality After the statistical treatment, the results showed a statistically significant correlation between the right-hand pattern and the depressive characteristic on the respectively, and between the complex thinking style with the control attribute ،In the owners of the left pattern, the results also showed that there is a correlation with a statistical function expulsion between the American style, the training method, the method of guided discovery and the design style of the individual program with the aggressive attribute respectively indicating that teaching methods positively affect the personality traits of both groups (right-wing and left-handed) teachers of physical and sports education.
