Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة دور القيادة الابداعية في تعزيز الإبداع الابتكاري بمنظمات الاعمال، ومعرفة امكانية امتلاك المؤسسات الجزائرية لمفهوم القيادة الابداعية ودرجة الاعتماد عليها في تعزيز الابداع الابتكاري، لهذا الغرض قمنا باختيار مجموعة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية على مستوى ولاية الشلف و استهدفنا إطاراتها للإجابة على الاستبانة. حيث تم توزيع 140 استبانة واسترجاع 113 منها صالحة للتحليل، وخلصنا في النهاية أن القيادة الابداعية تساهم في تعزيز الإبداع الابتكاري بنسبة عالية من خلال الرؤية الابداعية، توفير البيئة اللازمة، توفير الموارد الضرورية، والعمل التشاركي بين الأفراد وتبادل الخبرات والمعارف وزرع روح المبادرة والمشاركة والتشاور. The study aimed to know the role of creative leadership in promoting innovative creativity in business organizations, and to know the possibility of Algerian institutions possessing the concept of creative leadership and the degree of reliance on it in promoting innovative creativity. For this purpose, we selected a group of economic institutions at the level of the state of Chlef and targeted their frameworks to answer the questionnaire. Where 140 questionnaires were distributed and 113 of them were retrieved, suitable for analysis, we concluded at the end that creative leadership contributes to enhancing innovative creativity at a high rate through the creative mindset, providing the necessary environment, providing the necessary resources, and participatory work between individuals, exchanging experiences and knowledge, and cultivating the spirit of initiative, participation, and consultation.
