معالجة الصحافة الجزائرية لقضايا التنمية العمرانية تحليل مضمون الشروق اليومي 2017

Résumé: مـلـــــخـص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في طبيعة المعالجة الصحفية لقضايا التنمية العمرانية للمدن و التجمعات العمرانية الجزائرية من طرف الصحافة الجزائرية الخاصة من خلال يومية "الشروق اليومي". و قد اتبع البحث المنهج المسحي مع أداة تحليل المضمون كميا و كيفيا. و توصلت النتائج إلى أن الصحافة الجزائرية تولي اهتماما معتبرا لمواضيع التنمية العمرانية، و تستخدم الأسلوب الإخباري بشكل رئيس، دون أن تولي اهتماما بالجانب التحليلي و التفسيري في معالجتها لهذه القضايا، و تعتمد على مصادرها الداخلية في الحصول على مادتها الإعلامية، و ظهرت الإدارة المحلية كأقوى فاعل في هذا المجال، كما تغلب الاتجاه المعارض على بعض السياسات التي لم تأتي بنتائج جيدة في مجال التنمية العمرانية. Summary The purpose of this study is to investigate the nature of the press treatment of the urban development issues of Algerian cities and urban communities by the Algerian private press through "Al Shorouq daily". The research followed the survey method with quantitative and qualitative content analysis tool. The results showed that the Algerian press pays great attention to the issues of urban development, and uses the news method in a major way, without paying attention to the analytical and interpretive aspect in dealing with these issues. It relies on its internal sources to obtain its media material. As the strongest active in this area, was Local Administration. And the opposition trend has overtaken some policies that did not produce good results in the field of urban development.
