Résumé: تعيش الجزائر أوضاعا اقتصادية غير مستقرة في ظل تراجع أسعار البترول العمود الفقري للاقتصاد الوطني، وبداية التفكير في إيجاد بدائل للنهوض بالاقتصاد واجتناب أزمة اقتصادية وخيمة الآثار. وبالفعل شرع في تفعيل بعض الإجراءات لترقية قطاع السياحة، والمقاولة كحل أثبتا فعاليتهما واقعيا، وفي متناول السلطات الرسمية لكن الأمر لا يتوقف فقط على إرادة السلطة والدعم المادي بل يحتاج إلى وجود ثقافة مشجعة للسياحة والمقاولة لدى المجتمع الجزائري لتوفير مناخ يخدم كل الأطراف، خاصة فئة الشباب هذه الفئة التي إن وجدت الدعم اللازم فلا شك أنها ستلعب دورا رئيسيا في تحقيق التنمية المستديمة والنهوض بعجلة الاقتصاد الوطني. Algeria Lives economic conditions to unstable in light of the retreat of oil prices the backbone of the national economy, and the beginning of thinking in finding alternatives to the advancement of the economy to avoid an economic crisis consequence. Indeed, initiated in activating some measures to upgrade the tourism sector, and entrepreneurship proved their effectiveness and realistic, and accessible to the official authorities but depends not only on the will of the Authority and material support but needed to the existence of a culture of encouraging entrepreneurship and tourism in Algerian society to provide a climate that caters to all parties, especially the young people of this category that found the necessary support, there is no doubt that it will play key role in achieving sustainable development and the advancement of the wheel of the national economy.
