مستجدات الأخلاقيات البيو طبية في مجال نقل وزراعة الأعضاء البشرية

Résumé: ملخص: أدى تطور الدراسات والتطبيقات العلمية في مجال علم الأحياء والعلوم الطبية،إلى ظهور تدخلات طبية حديثة على جسم الإنسان. من بين هذه التدخلات الطبية، التي تبعت أمل الشفاء في نفوس المرضي، نجد عملية نقل وزراعة الأعضاء البشرية. حيث نظم المشرع الجزائري هذه العملية بموجب قانون الصحة رقم 18_11 المعدل والمتمم، الذي اعتمد الأخلاقيات البيوطبية كإطار قانوني لحماية جسم الإنسان. Abstract: The advancement of scientific studies and applications in the field of biology and medical sciences has led to the emergence of modern medical interventions on the human body. Among these medical interventions, which have instilled hope for recovery in patients, is the process of human organ transplantation and donation. The Algerian legislature has regulated this process under Health Law No. 18_11, amended and supplemented, which adopts bioethics as a legal framework for the protection of the human body.
