السياسة النقدية الاستعمارية واستفحال ظاهرة الربا في الجزائر 1830-1898

Résumé: إن المتتبع للسياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر،يدرك أن فرنسا حاولت خلق مستعمرة استيطانية أساسها اقتصاد رأسمالي يحقق رفاهية المستوطنين ، ويخدم مصالح الوطن الأم ، دون مراعاة تداعيات ذلك على الجزائريين ، بل تعمدت تفقيرهم وتفتيت الروابط الاجتماعية بينهم من خلال ترسانتها التشريعية. يهدف هذا المقال الى ابراز تداعيات تطبيق السياسة الاستعمارية ، خاصة ما تعلق بفرض وتعميم استعمال النقد الفرنسي في المعاملات اليومية للجزائريين الأهالي ، وهو ما كان له بالغ الأثر في ظهور واستفحال ظاهرة الربا في الجزائر خلال الفترة الاستعمارية ، والتي عمقت من حجم المآساة والاملاق التي وصل اليها المجتمع الجزائري خلال تلك الفترة. An observer of French colonial policy in Algeria realizes that France attempted to create a settler colony based on a capitalist economy that ensured the prosperity of the settlers and served the interests of the mother country, with no consideration for the repercussions on Algerians.
