علاقة الإنفاق الحكومي بمعدلي النمو الاقتصادي وأسعار النفط في الجزائر-دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl خلال الفترة 1970-2020-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة للبحث عن العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي ومعدلي النمو الاقتصادي وأسعار النفط في الجزائر للفترة 1970-2020. وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL. وقد أظهرت نتائج اختبار الحدود bounnds test أن هناك علاقة توازنية بين أسعار النفط والناتج المحلي الإجمالي والإنفاق الحكومي في الأجل الطويل والقصير، بالإضافة لوجود علاقة طردية ذات أثر إيجابي ومعنوي للناتج المحلي الإجمالي وأسعار النفط على الإنفاق الحكومي، كما بينت نتائج اختبار الاستقرار الهيكلي لمعاملات النموذج أن هناك انسجام واستقرار العلاقة بين أسعار النفط والناتج المحلي الإجمالي والإنفاق الحكومي في الأجل الطويل والقصير. The study aims at search for the relationship between government spending, economic growth rates and oil prices in Algeria for the period 1970-2020, this is based on the ARDL model. The results of the bounnds test showed that there is an equilibrium relationship between oil prices, GDP and government spending in the long and short term. In addition to a positive and significant positive and significant impact of GDP and oil prices on government spending. And the results of the structural stability test of the model transaction showed that there is harmony and stability in the relationship between oil prices, GDP and government spending in the long and short term.
